What model of development for Morocco?
The Royal Institute for Strategic Studies (IRES) organized, jointly with the Main Partners Group in Morocco, a meeting on the theme "What model of development for Morocco?" on Monday, May 27, 2019.
Through this initiative, IRES and the Main Partners Group in Morocco wish to contribute to the national debate on the new model of development, in accordance with the Orientations contained in the Throne Speech of July 29, 2018.
The meeting, which was attended by representatives of Morocco's technical and financial partners, national and foreign institutional actors, researchers and academic experts, was a good opportunity to take a comparative views at the issues and challenges that the Kingdom is facing. The discussions resulted in proposals for innovative ideas that would move forward in the development of a new, inclusive, competitive development model, making the Kingdom a true emerging country
