A high-level Omani delegation, chaired by His Excellency Ambassador Ahmed Salim BAOMAR and comprising senior military officers affiliated with the National Defense College of the Sultanate of Oman, paid a working visit to the Royal Institute for Strategic Studies (IRES) on March 06, 2024. The purpose of the delegation's visit was to learn about IRES's experience in setting up a Center for Strategic Thinking in the security field within the Omani Ministry of Defense. During the visit, the delegation learned about the vocation, missions, mode of operation, and activities of IRES.
