External relations

The Royal Institute for Strategic Studies (IRES) took part in the Conference-debate organized by the Institute of International and Strategic Relations (IRIS) in Paris May 4th, 2015, through a communication of its Director General, Mr. Mohammed Tawfik MOULINE, which highlighted the multidimensional nature of the relations between Morocco and France and the imperative of their reinforcement in order to adapt to the new geostrategic parameters, based upon a renewed vision of partnership focused on broadening the scope of bilateral cooperation in areas of common interest, mainly the Mediterranean, Africa and the Arab world.
