External relations

The Royal Institute for Strategic Studies (IRES) took part in the conference held in Casablanca on 12-13 June 2015 by the Moroccan Institute of International Relations on the theme "Asia : what geostrategic and economic challenges for Morocco ?", through a communication of its Director General, Mr. Mohammed Tawfik MOULINE.

This communication highlighted the geostrategic centrality of Asia and the challenges that might result for Morocco. It addressed, also, the strengths and weaknesses of Morocco under its cooperative relations with major Asian countries as well as the strategic levers to raise the level of the Kingdom’s cooperation with this space at the bilateral and multilateral level.
