Access to IRES documentary resources

In pursuance of the decisions taken to contain the spread of Covid-19, including that to close the libraries, the Royal Institute for Strategic Studies supports this measure by giving access, to the general public, to all the e-books and e-journals available on its digital platforms in order to compensate for the lack of access to physical works.
