Signal faible ou fait porteur d’avenir
Tendances en germe, c'est-à-dire l'ensemble des "signes infimes par leurs dimensions présentes mais immenses par leurs conséquences virtuelles". Strategic planning and scenario planning
The differences between strategic planning and scenario planning: ·Strategic planning is about one organization; scenario planning usually has a broader scope, e.g. an industry or a geographical area. ·Strategic planning implies that the organization can set and achieve its targets regardless of its environment, by asking three broad questions: "Where are we now? Where do we want to be? How can we get there?" Scenario planning takes a broader range of factors into account, sometimes implying that the organization has no control over its environment. Scenario planning is often done as an input to strategic planning - but rarely vice versa. Glossary of futures studies terms
