His Excellency Charles Fries, Ambassador of France to Morocco, facilitated, July 8, 2015, a Ftour-Debate on the theme «What prospects of strengthening Morocco-France relations?».

Attended by diplomats, Moroccan and French public and private actors as well as academic experts, the meeting emphasized the core values of the partnership between Morocco and France, the recent developments of these relations and the prospects of their strengthening, taking into account the structural mutations of the international context.

Discussions focused, among others, on the need to broaden the scope of bilateral cooperation to structuring sectors and to insert Morocco-France partnership within a regional approach, through the promotion of the Euro-Mediterranean cooperation and the mobilization of the available opportunities in Africa, within the framework of a renewed triangular cooperation.
