External relations

The Royal Institute for Strategic Studies (IRES) organized on Thursday, February 24, 2022, a video conference devoted to the presentation and discussion of the book entitled "Russia: the return of power" by Mr. David TEURTRIE, published in 2021 by the publisher Armand Colin.

Animated by a panel of national and international experts, specialists in topics related to the geopolitics of Russia, the debate highlighted the various facets of the foreign policy of this country since the early 2000s and, in particular, its ideological and historical foundations, as well as its objectives and the means deployed in Eurasia and in the world.

The crisis between Russia and Ukraine has taken an important part in the debate, both at the global level and with regard to the areas to which Morocco belongs.
