On November 3rd, 2016, The Director General of the IRES, Mr. Mohammed Tawfik MOULINE, welcomed a delegation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea, headed by Mr. Shin Dong-Ik, President of the Institute of Foreign Affairs and National Security.
