The requirements of an inclusive model of development

The Director General of IRES, Mr. Mohammed Tawfik Mouline participated in the conference, organized on 20 December 2018 by the Ribat Al Fath Association for Sustainable Development on the theme "The requirements of an inclusive model of development ". Mr. Mouline highlighted the process for the elaboration of a development model, namely, the enhancement of human capital, in particular, young people, the removal of social and territorial disparities, the implementation of a public governance thought on a decentralized basis as well as the adoption of a new relation between the citizen and the nature.
The new social contract should be based on social justice, institutional and interpersonal trust, values of progress, in particular, civility, excellence and merit, a change in relation to work and the development of the spirit of entrepreneurship, especially social entrepreneurship.
