Morocco in ECOWAS: Shaping the ECOWAS of people

The Director General of Royal Institute for Strategic Studies, Mr. Mohammed Tawfik MOULINE, gave a lecture at the International Forum MEDAYS in November 7, 2018. He highlighted the foundations of Morocco's West African vocation, what Morocco could provide to ECOWAS and what could ECOWAS provide to Morocco. He made proposals concerning the terms of Morocco's accession to ECOWAS.
