Digital transformation and maturity of Moroccan enterprises and administrations

On June 15,2017 the Royal Institute for Strategic Studies (IRES) organized a seminar devoted to the discussion of the preliminary findings of the study entitled "Digital transformation and maturity of Moroccan enterprises and administrations" with the participation of senior officials in the public and private sectors as well as experts on digitization issues.

The seminar emphasized the effects of the main trends that are emerging in the field of digitization on a global scale and their resultant impact on Morocco.

Other aspects were discussed, including the state of readiness of Moroccan enterprises and administrations in the digital age and the lever to help to accelerate the digital transformation in Morocco, in terms of mobilizing the human skills, improving the effectiveness of the digital regulatory and institutional framework as well as the use of the digital strategy as the central pillar of the Kingdom's global competitiveness.
